Parents as Teachers is a FREE program for ANY parent who is expecting a baby or has a child who is less than 36 months of age.
The first three years are so important in laying the groundwork for your child's future success. Parents as Teachers is a program funded by your local school district and the Kansas State Department of Education. This exciting program provides parents, through monthly home visits, with child development information, ideas for eduational activities for your baby, support and encouragement and yearly developmental screenings and much more.
Parents are the first and most important teachers of their children. Parents as Teachers is there to help you with this ever changing and challenging role.
